Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been worn, cut, or had the lace altered.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hairnets, and labels are intact and the product is in its factory-original state.
Ship the Item
Affix the return label or address the package to our warehouse, ensuring your RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to avoid processing delays.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or exchange will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
